Terms & Conditions of Service

By visiting, accessing, browsing, or using the GoBeam platform (including all associated domains, subdomains, software, scripts, documentation, and APIs), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines incorporated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to the platform and discontinue use of all GoBeam software, services, and digital assets.

GoBeam is an independent software development project. GoBeam is NOT affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, Hypixel Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

"Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. The official Minecraft website can be found at https://www.minecraft.net/. All references to game servers, server addresses, usernames, gamemodes, or game assets are used solely for descriptive, compatibility, and identification purposes under nominative fair use.

Due to the digital, instant-delivery nature of our products—which include instant license key generation, automated VPS compute resource allocation, API quota provisioning, and decentralized cryptocurrency transactions (LTC, USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL)—ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a cryptocurrency transaction has been broadcast or verified on-chain, or once a license key has been generated or redeemed, no refunds, partial refunds, prorations, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind;
• In-game bans, suspensions, or kicks on any Minecraft server;
• Failure of the user to supply working Minecraft accounts or valid proxies;
• Changes in third-party server protocols, anti-cheat updates, or server downtime;
• Cryptocurrency network volatility or gas fee variations.

Chargeback Prohibition: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through credit card processors, banks, or third-party intermediaries will result in immediate, permanent termination of all user licenses, deletion of stored bot configurations, and permanent blacklisting of the user's IP addresses, Discord identifiers, and crypto wallet addresses across our entire network.

GoBeam is licensed to you strictly for lawful, educational, research, and private server management purposes. When using GoBeam, you expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the GoBeam binary, source files, or compiled bundles.
• Use the software or platform infrastructure to orchestrate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, network flooding, or packet disruption against any infrastructure or target.
• Attempt to bypass, crack, or circumvent subscription tier limits, voucher validation routines, or admin authentication barriers.
• Distribute, resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials, license vouchers, or API keys with unauthorized third parties.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless GoBeam, its creator, owners, operators, developers, affiliates, partners, and hosting infrastructure providers from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) resulting from or related to:

• Your access to or use of the GoBeam platform;
• Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms of Service;
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights;
• Any enforcement actions, claims, or sanctions levied against you or your accounts by third-party server operators.

THE GOBEAM SERVICE, DASHBOARD, SCRIPTS, AND ALL ASSOCIATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOBEAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR ERROR-FREE FUNCTIONALITY. GOBEAM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE PROMPTLY DETECTED OR CORRECTED.

GoBeam reserves the unilateral and unconditional right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the platform, deactivate or revoke any license keys, and purge stored configurations at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or refund, in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, system exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your definitive acceptance of the revised Terms.
